Can other people register in my group/team?

Yes! Team members, employees, friends, and family can register under your registration as a group!

How do families pick up their items

Information on the way, however, families will be notified of their adoptions and pick ups will start December 17th at the drive-thru event, Winter Wonderland! Toys will be unwrapped so simply pop your trunk and a dark sack full of toys will be placed inside along with your basket. Families can take pics and film their thank you videos in the designated parking areas. More info to come!

Can donors share adopted families' thank you videos?

We will notify you if any families declines public sharing of their video. Families must allow us to share internally to the company but can opt out of any social media or public share.
